SEND
|
Our SENDCo is Mrs Michelle Fahey.
The SEND Code of Practice states that children have special educational needs (SEND) if they have a learning difficulty which calls for special educational provision to be made for them. Provision is that which is additional to or different from the support given to children of the same age.
St George’s supports children with a variety of SEND, within each of the four broad areas of needs, including communication and interaction; cognition and learning; social, emotional and mental health; sensory and/or physical needs.
Please contact Mrs Fahey via the school office should you have any queries or concerns in relation to special educational needs. |
